Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Machinery Systems, Ltd. (MHIMS) offers Mitsubishi Cell Park, a flexibly-arrangeable, high-capacity, puzzle-type mechanical parking system designed for the basement floors of office buildings on the market. While our existing system is suitable for 30 to 50 vehicles due to the loading area and lift being used for both entry and exit, the newly developed system features entry and exit dual lifts, MHI's unique pallet-stacking system, and a new control system, enabling a larger capacity of 50 to 100 vehicles with improved usability and safety. The article introduces our system in place at the msb Tamachi Tamachi Station Tower S, delivered in April 2018. This building also uses another MHI mechanical parking system, the Mitsubishi integrated parking system, with a 110-vehicle capacity.
