MHI Plant Engineering & Construction, Ltd.

MHI Plant Engineering & Construction, Ltd. (MHI-PEC) was launched in January 2018 through the merger of the construction business of Ryoju Facility & Properties Co., Ltd., which engages in construction projects for factories, office buildings, and commercial and public facilities, with the environmental and chemical businesses of MHPS Engineering Co., Ltd., which is extensively involved in EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) operations for MHI plants and transport systems. The two companies, each with 50 years' experience in their respective fields, bring to this new enterprise over 100 highly qualified construction specialists, including Class-I architects, along with diverse expertise cultivated over the years in EPC activities for plants and transport systems, both domestic and overseas. MHI-PEC continues to contribute to advancement of MHI group all over the world by further expanding its existing businesses. With synergies from combining our construction and plant engineering capabilities cultivated by MHI's overseas plant projects, we strive to offer efficient and timely support to MHI group via various projects such as machinery plant or warehouse construction and related services and products.
