YAG Laser Welding System

The application scope of laser welding is expanding further and further in all sorts of fields with the appearance of the high power and low price YAG laser oscillator. And the customers we serve demand new laser welding technology, which makes it possible to apply laser welding in new fields.
We provide innovative laser welding solutions, especially in the fields of the aluminum car body manufacturing and new transportation systems such as suspended monorails by utilizing the most advanced laser processing technology.

1. Arc & Laser • Hybrid Welding

In order to expand further the application scope of the laser welding, we have developed and applied Coaxial Arc & Laser Hybrid Welding that utilizes the advantages of both arc and laser welding.

2. PW-CW Composed Beam • Hybrid Welding

We have developed and applied Coaxial PW-CW Composed Beam • Hybrid Welding that combines the pulse (PW) and continuous (CW) oscillation beams into one optical beam. It makes possible the welding very hard aluminum without cracking, which easily have cracks under the PW welding only
