BUILDING
A building machine assembles mainly sheet material cut with a cutter, thick rubber called "tread" located on outer surface of a tire, a steel ring called "bead" which fixes a wheel and the tire, and others into a shape close to the completed tire.
We provide a wide lineup of building machines of both 2- and single-stage types, to make tires for many kinds of vehicles. Because the customer's know how of tire manufacturing is integrated into a building machine, there are many kinds of requests from customers. We will customize a machine based on your request.
