MACHINERY CONDITION DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM

This system continuously monitors the condition of the machinery plant in the machinery space, and not only displays its condition in various formats but also diagnoses using artificial intelligence, and detects any early difficulties of individual machinery.

TOTAL MONITORING

For each processed datum form engine monitor and handy terminal a plain presentation of plant condition is given by the following:

  • Alarm check..... Setting up of alarm level to a maximum of 4 points is possible.
  • Trend graph display..... Three kinds of graph type-per day, per hour, per minute-can be chosen.
  • Characteristic curve display..... Deflection value form operating point and standard characteristic is displayed.

ROTATING AUXILIARY SHAFT BEARING DIAGNOSIS

Vibration data of such rotating auxiliaries as pump ad fan are gathered and analyzed by portable vibration analyzer, and shaft bearing problems are diagnosed.
