DATA  INPUT	LOADING  PLAN (Fine adjustment)

All planned operations are simulated before being carried out.
Simulation indicates cargo and ballast tank conditions, also displacement, heel, trim, and hull strength on a real time basis throughout the planned operation.

An off-line training mode allows the operator to simulate any planned operation. This may by a current, historical or anticipated operation.
Training for manual intervention and any abnormal conditions can be planned and carried out.

SIMULATOR  CONTROL	MALFUNCTION  SET

Cargo discharge and loading, including ballast, COW and stripping operations, are carried out in sages of full automatic control. The foregoing includes periods for line pressure testing, warm up of pumps, control of discharge rates (manifold pressure or flow), topping off, inert gas operations, etc. Manifold discharge pressures and loading rates can be adjusted immediately as necessary. All planned operations are carried out via three icons-EXECUTE-HOLD-REJECT. Complex manipulations are not necessary. Operation know-how and skill are incorporated in the software. Manual control during automatic function can be smoothly implemented at any time.

CONTROL  SCREEN	GUIDANCE  MESSAGE

Abnormal conditions or incorrect actions by the operator activates safety or correctional messages. The system provides interlock and shut down functions with appropriate messages. Instruction messages art provided to assist recovery if system or field equipment fails.
