Each braking system is provided with a hydraulic blocking system in addition to a mechanical braking system, actuated by spring force, causing safer, surer and shockless braking to be produced.

Irrespective of cargo weight, cargo lowering can be done with high speed, causing total cargo handling cycle to be shortened.
