S-92

The S-92 transport helicopter is an international jointly developed model, with Sikorsky in the U.S., MHI from Japan, and companies from other countries including Brazil, Spain, China, Taiwan participating, flew for the first time in 1998. MHI was in charge of cabin production.
This model is a large scale twin engine helicopter used both by the military and the civilian sectors, with its civilian usage, being primarily as an oceanic resource development aid and for commuter air transport.
