Unaffcted by dust, oil, and condensation

• Due to the adoption of electromagnetic inductive detection method, influence of oil contamination, dust and condensation in the gap between the slider and scale is eliminated.

Direct detection

• There is no effect of the ball screw expansion as the slider is mounted to the final moving element of the machine.

Small mounting space

• A compactly designed 14 mm thick, 5-inch rotary scale having a hollow center.
• Built-in pre-amplifier in the scale eliminates the need for mounting space.
