Retractable Fin Stabilizers
Main Features
|
- Accumulated experience and technologies
- Expert anti-rolling performance
- High sealing reliability
- Excellent control system
- Maintainability
- Extended roll-sensor working life
|
When the wave period becomes longer than the natural hull roll period, the roll reduction performance decreases, if PID control is used. Fuzzy control can improve the roll reduction performance against these long period waves.
Rapid response in electro-hydraulic system
Each fin is rotated on its axis by a hydraulic cylinder.
Pressurized oil is admitted to the actuators by means of an electro-hydraulic servo valve.
This oil is provided by a fixed displacement pump/off-loading relief valve system.
To achieve rapid movement of the fins, there is a hydraulic accumulator.
