From engines and transmissions to drive axles, Mitsubishi power trains are all factory-made. Only Mitsubishi has the capability to produce a comprehensive supply of components.
Our in-house development / production enable us to offer the most suitable power train with the appropriate function and performance required by your vehicle. In addition, the initial cost and the development period are reduced by implementing the study of the engine, transmission and drive axle simultaneously.

Power Train Full-Floating (1-3.5 Ton)

One of most frequent causes of wear in forklift operation is vibration.
The Mitsubishi power train, however, utilizes a full-float structure, which locates an engine and a transmission away from the forklift body. The end result is less vibration. Specifically, the rubber mount is the key to vibration absorption, and we execute thorough low vibration measures, such as developing our original material and shape that are superior in vibration absorption. This structure also helps reduce the noise.

Mitsubishi Engine

The Mitsubishi engine supports the exhaust gas second tier regulations of various countries in the world, including the European class II of exhaust emission values of the Comité Européen de Normalisation (CEN), which is said to be the strictest in the world. We also clear second tier regulations mandated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Government (Japan), and the U.S.A. tier-2 regulation of exhaust emission value of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
