Considering elevated steam conditions, once-through boiler is the answer. Only once-through boiler can generate supercritical pressure steam.

    • -First supercritical pressure once-through boiler of MHI went into operation in 1968. More than 60 Mitsubishi once-through boilers went into operation since then.

    • -Durability and operability as middle load unit is confirmed, as more than 30 % of electricity is generated by nuclear power plant which is operated as base load in Japan.
