Technological characteristics 'earthquake-resistant vibration platform'
The machinery system of vibration platforms consists of vibration exciter, vibration platform, vibration joint, hydraulic pressure system which provides hydraulic pressure to the vibration exciter and piping system. Through adopting low sliding resistance and a high responding vibration exciter high rigidity table, we assure high accuracy realization of the aiming wave pattern.
The control system consists of a servo control device which controls the vibration exciter and a digital control device which corrects and controls the driving wave pattern to precisely reproduce the acceleration wave pattern.
The digital control device identifies dynamic characteristics of vibration system including burden and compensates via the input wave pattern to correspond with the output acceleration wave pattern to aiming the acceleration wave pattern.
In addition, the vibration exciter's geometric coupled motion (cross talk) cancels by input compensation of servo control device and digital control device, and dynamic coupled motion cancels by input compensation of digital control device, as a result of this, motion of aiming direction is only reproduced.
