MHI power plant simulator is more realistic simulator, which adopts all our power plant know-how.

There was a limit of capability in a model computer in earlier days. Whatsoever precise mathematical know-how we had, omission of certain plant model was required.

Thanks to the resent growth of computer technology, latest model computers have enough capability for plant simulation. All know-how can be incorporated into the latest powerful model computers without any omission.

As a plant manufacturer, it is a time to show the true ability of our power plant simulator.

We, MHI, are whole plant manufacturer, designing / manufacturing not only boilers, steam turbines, gas turbines, but also major plant machineries such as air heaters, deaerators and control systems.

1.High Accuracy of Plant Model and Operation
  • Precise, exact and complete mathematical models based on the fundamental principles of physics, fluid dynamics, thermo-dynamics, electrodynamics and actual plant operation test.
  • Plant performance test result during commissioning stage is reflected in our simulation model.

  • Because of use of real plant control logic, analysis before changing control logic in real plant and parameter tuning training are possible.

2.Various Type of Simulator to Meet Customer's Needs
Panorama Type Simulator
The simulator has large-wide screen, which displays plant graphics. Trainees can confirm plant behavior in response to his/her operation or logic modification at a glance with the large-wide screen.
Desk-side Type Simulator
The desk side type simulator system is very compact. All monitoring and operation are done on CRT display. Full-fledged training is available because control logic and plant model are used as same as any other simulators.The simulator system can be easily installed with low initial cost and minimum simulator space.
Full-Replica Type Simulator
The simulator is in faithful accordance with real equipment and layout in Central Control Room.
Compact Type Simulator
This simulator is arranged more compact in compare to Full-Replica Type Simulator without any loss of operability and functions.
