Bombardier CRJ-900
![]() |
The CRJ-900 is the wide model (90 passenger) of
the CRJ-700 (70 passenger) in the CRJ Series by Bombardier in Canada.
MHI participated in the joint development and its work share is
the aft fuselage, the same as in the CRJ-700.
It is scheduled for the use by the end of 2002, and will become
the first 90 seat regional jet in the market.
The CRJ Series is economically superior, so it is regarded as the
aircraft that will respond to the demand of the regional aircraft
industry, just like the CRJ-700 such as having the same piloting
qualifications.
