A/D Converter, in combination with MP Scales, is an equipment that detects a machine position with high accuracy and feeds back the position to an NC equipment or a positioning device.

High resolution /high speed

• 10,000min^-1 at 0.00005 degree detection.

Connection to various equipments

• FANUC, MITSUBISHI CNC, SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI programmable controller.

Not affected by gap variation

• Less influence of gap variation between the scale and slider during axial motion with the application of J type A/D converter.

Reduced noise influence

• High frequency excitation reduces noise and assures consistent high accuracy.

Export oriented

• Acquired UL standard and CE standard.

Absolute system

• Absolute feedback system is made possible by combining the offset function of the MP scale and the absolute encoder connected to the motor.
