A/D Converter

Feature

(1) High resolution/High speed
      Rotary: 10,000min-1 at 0.00005 ° detection.
      Linear: 3,600m/min at 0.05μm detection.
(2) Compatible with various NC's
      Connectable with FANUC NC, MITSUBISHI CNC, and Mitsubishi programmable controller.
(3) Small influence by gap variation
      In J type A/D converter, the influence by the gap variation is small, thus the stable detection is possible.
(4) Reduced noise influence
      High frequency excitation reduce noise, thus the stable high precision is realized.
(5) Export oriented
      Acquired UL standard and CE compliance, RoHS compliance.
(6) Absolute system
      Absolute value detection is possible combining the offset function of MP scale and the absolute encoder mounting on the feed motor.
