Advanced Cargo/Ballast Management Sytem[SUPER CARGO-XL]

SUPER CARGO is a highly advanced Cargo / Ballast management system for single or multi-grade vessels including LNG, LPG, and Chemical carriers. The system provides full automatic control of operations, and incor porates planing, simulation and training facilities to support one-man control room operations. The system has proven ability as experienced on a number of vessels.

SYSTEM VERSION OF SUPER CARGO-XL

SUPER CARGO can be installed on new building or existing vessels. SUPER CARGO applies highly intelligent software to all aspects of cargo and ballast management.

  • XL-1 MANUAL CARGO MANAGEMENT
    Off-line loading computer plus planning, simulation and training modules. Cargo operation "execution" orders would follow simulation to prompt manual control actions and manual inputs to system.
  • XL-2 ON-LINE CARGO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
    On-line loading computer plus planning, simulation and training modules. Cargo operation "execution" orders would by more comprehensive due to level monitoring.
  • XL-3 FULL AUTOMATIC CARGO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
    Cargo control and monitoring system plus on-line computer, planning, simulation and training modules. Cargo operation "execution" orders setting in motion automatic control of valves, pumps etc.

ADVANCED ONE-MAN CARGO CONTROL ROOM OPERATION

  • Automatic tank planing considers trim, heel, hull stress, cargo grades and part cargoes for loading and discharge ports.
  • Automatic control via one touch operator response to guidance messages carries out pre-planned loading, discharge, ballast and C.O.W. operations.
  • System incorporates Classification approved loading computer on-line with off-line mode.
  • Simulation of pre-planned automatic control allows operator to investigate all vessel interim conditions, including displacement, trim, heel and hull stress.
  • Off-line training mode facilitates training for normal conditions and simulated abnormal conditions.
  • Automatic control is fully transparent to operator who can smoothly take manual control at any time.
  • Operation and monitoring by means of touch screen, multi-windows and direct screen call.
  • Interlock functions and safety operation messages prevent incorrect or unsafe conditions, or human error.
  • Hardware and software redundancy with full self diagnostic functions
