The Machine Tool Division of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. provides full-scale support that helps customers get the most out of its machines under the motto, "We deliver products and services that bring customer trust and satisfaction."
We offer a total support that addresses all customer needs, from the offers of "preventive maintenance" and "training school," proposals for constructing and improving manufacturing systems, through to the provision of "retrofitting and overhauling" services.
In addition, for the regular after-sale service, we developed a system to help us make the best use of feedback from our customers and forward that information to all relevant departments in close coordination to provide detailed support.
Preventive maintenance
We totally back up our customers in facility operations by offering a unique "menu of preventive maintenance services" that helps them always keep their machine tools in good condition and expect a stable performance from them.
Training School
We offer programs that address a variety of customer needs, such as operator and maintenance personnel training and consultation on machining techniques. Training courses for production engineers and maintenance managers are also available outside Japan.
Retrofitting and Overhauling Services
As an option for increased productivity and improved quality, we recommend you improve the functionality of your existing machines. Our retrofitting and overhauling services guarantee restoration of a machine's innate performance and optional upgrades.
