G simulator

This is a car collision simulator which was first developed in Japan. So far collision data has been gathered by crashing expensive cars, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.'s G simulator is a test device which adopts an electro hydraulic servo that is computer controlled. We have realized a system that is low cost and provides highly accurate tests and operation. This enables short term and low cost research and development of seats, seat belts, air bags, doors, car interiors, etcetera.
G simulator consists of a control system, servo actuator, cart, rail system, hydraulic (oil) pressure provision system, etcetera.
