Newest chemical recovery boiler power generation plant is delivered to Marusumi Paper Company Ohe mill

On June 30, trial operation ended for the Marusumi Paper Company Ohe mill No.8 chemical recovery boiler power generation plant, and delivery was completed.
This power generation plant is based on the latest recovery boiler (1,200 tons/day dry black liquor solids) which uses liquid pulp waste for fuel, so along with a new pulp manufacturing facility, it contributes to increased pulp production, energy conservation, and environmental measures.
MHI supplied the chemical recovery boiler, steam turbine, and other peripheral equipment, and made steady progress in construction and trial operation.
After delivery, MHI will also support stable operation of the plant.
