MHI strengthens business structures for DIASYS control system

On April 1, MHI inaugurated the Control System Engineering Department as a headquarters organization. Since 1977, the DIASYS control system developed at MHI Power Systems Headquarters has been supplied primarily as a control system for power systems manufactured by MHI (gas turbines, steam turbines, and boilers). Over 1,900 systems are currently operating in over 250 power plants in at least 33 countries.

This department was established to develop, design, manufacture, inspect, provide sales quotations for, and expand sales of DIASYS throughout the company. It aims to further strengthen the quality and performance of DIASYS, and increase customer satisfaction, in addition to boosting orders for the renewal service market and other markets than thermal power.
