  • Aerospace Zone opens! Bringing together the Aerospace technology that is the pride of Japan!
    The Space Zone has undergone a full-scale renewal, and will open on February 19, 2011 (Saturday) as the new Aerospace Zone!
    In this new zone, visitors can enjoy aerial and space exploration technology through actual rocket engines and the latest interactive exhibits.
  • Announcement on Change of Museum Closing Time
    From Thursday, April 1, 2010, the museum closing time will be changed to 5:00 p.m.
    Until Wednesday, March 31, 2010: 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (admission until at 4:30 p.m.)
    From Thursday, April 1, 2010: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (admission until at 4:30 p.m.)
    As we strive to become a more comprehensive museum in the future with exhibitions, events and other features, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Reopening of Ocean Zone and Technology Quest Zone
    Ocean Zone and Technology Quest Zone will reopen on Saturday, January 9, 2010.
    The new sections, Minatomirai Oceanic Research Center and Hyper Mecha Harbor, will join the Ocean Zone and the Technology Quest Zone respectively.
