The General machinery & Special Vehicles comprises five divisions responsible for engine,turbochargers, power train, industrial vehicles and special　vehicles respectively. Each of these divisions offers products that meet a wide variety of needs. The divisions have integrated organizations which include research and developement, marketing and service structure and enable to provide highly reliable products that satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner.

In 1970, the Oi and Maruko plant in Tokyo were relocated to Sagamihara, a location with an environment more suitable to the manufacture of its products. At Sagamihara, we are striving daily to provide highly reliable products at low cost utilizing the latest machine tools, welding robots, assembly robots and R&D facilities.

Iwatsuka Plant
In Iwatsuka Plant, since the production of an engine for a motor scooter in 1946, we continue making air-cooled gasoline engines. In this district, we try to realize effective productivity and manufacture highly reliable products, based on the latest machine tool and on the production system, which is the accumulation of many years.

Sagamihara Machinery Works Chitose Plant
The Chitose Plant, completed in 1988 within the grounds of the Chitose Industrial Park In Hokkaido, contributes as the service hub in Hokkaido for the products manufactured by the main plant.
