We have been promoting a cooperative relationship into the supply chain to manage and assure the security of contained chemical material.

• MHI Power Systems Head Quarters collects JAMP AIS (Note) / JAMP MSDSplus information using the Supplier Web service: ProChemist / AS.
  ProChemist / AS, which is a Web service provided by NEC Co, Ltd., via the Internet, enables the exchange of JAMP AIS / JAMP MSDSplus information between companies and is used to manage the contents of chemical substances.
• In order to apply this system, applicant shall agree ProChemist / AS Service Condition of Use (ITPFS-10-025).
• Initial registration fee is FREE by September 2010.
  Only applications that are received by the end of September 2010, will be considered.

Start up procedure the Supplier Web Service (ProChemist / AS).

• Download application form and fill in blanks.
• Submit the application form (Excel data) to contact address of MHI procurement (Buyer) via e-mail.
• NEC Co, Ltd., on behalf of MHI will inform ID, Password, Starting date to the e-mail address, described in the application format.
• Input & Submit Chemical Substance Data via ProChemist/AS.
• Update data when change in REACH.
